About Dover Coast

Dover Coast is building 67 detached Cape Cod style bungalows  and 27 one and two car garage bungalow town homes.

A limited quantity of homes will be available backing on to a challenging 18 hole golf course with a spectacular view. There is beautiful lakefront access a challenging 18 hole golf course under construction.  All Dover Coast residents will have a private membership for David's Restaurant and Elements Day Spa 

giving them access at a reduced rate.

A Recreation centre with an indoor/outdoor pool, exercise facilities, entertaining rooms and much more is in the planning stages.

The Owners

Dover Coast is Stockworth Developments. The company was formed by Bob Carey and John Lennox in the early nineties and has been very active north of the GTA. The two pricipals have more than 60 years of combined experience and direct involvement in real estate construction and development industry.

Bob and John have been involved in the development, financing, and construction of approximately 3,500,000 square feet of commercial retail space and the development, construction, and sales of over 2,000 housing units and 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space. Dover Coast has given Bob and John the opportunity of a lifetime to untilize all of their professional skills and create a community that will enrich the lives of residents for many decades to come.
