Join us in Port Dover with your grandchildren on Saturday November 19th for Christmas Fest and Moonlight Madness!  The day begins at 9:00am at the Knox Presbyterian Church Christmas Bazaar at the corner of Chapman and St. George.  The 30th Annual Christmas Craft Show starts at 10:00 am at Port Dovers Community Centre (10-5 Sat.) and (10-4 Sun.).  Santa will arrive by fish tug at the west pier on Harbour St. at 1:00pm.  The Santa Claus Parade will begin at 1:15pm and go through town.  From 2pm to 4pm Santa and Mrs Claus will be at the Lighthouse Festival Theatre to collect your letters and have pictures taken.  From noon to 3pm the St. Paul's Anglican Church will hold their Christmas Bazaar at the corner of St. George and Market St.  6pm will find everyone around a Bon fire caroling and drinking hot chocolate on the beach at the end of Walker St.  Parade winners will be announced.  At 6:30 Fireworks over the lake are a must see.  At 7pm the Moonlight Madness Shopping begins and the bargains will continue all weekend.  There will be free gift basket draws with every purchase and 50/50 draw tickets available.  Take a chance to win up to $2,500.00.  If this close community spirit doesn't convince you that Port Dover is a special place to live nothing will! 

Fall is upon us and our snowbirds are packing up and heading south.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for making our year so successful.  We are excited to report that our community is quickly taking shape.  The beautiful street lights are up and we have homes at every stage of construction.  A few of our snowbirds will be moving into their stunning new homes before they leave.  This is exciting for all of us.  The townhomes have been selling quickly leaving us with only four remaining units.  Phase two will not have any townhomes so there will not be any available until at least Phase 3.   Even though our purchasers will be relaxing in the sun we will be here all winter working hard and available to answer any questions you may have.  Please call Trish at 519-583-2049  Thursday thru Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00 pm.  Enjoy the Winter!

At Dover Coast we pride ourselves on the visual attractiveness of each hole whereby the golfer will be stimulated at every tee box and presented with play options and fair exciting challenges. 

Elements such as risk-reward shots and heroic shots combined with large water features are elements we include within the overall design to further stimulate the golfing experience.

Sod and seed have been put down and three of the large ponds have been filled allowing us to begin irrigating !  Exciting news for the residents that will be soon moving into their homes overlooking the golf course.

Finally we have the curbs in and the roads have been paved!  This is great news for everyone as it allows us to move onto Gamble Lane and begin digging the townhomes.  Interest on these homes has been great leaving us with only five units left to sell. 

There are four homes under construction backing onto the 15th hole of the golf course with a few more scheduled to be dug soon.

The Coaster, Viking, Buccaneer and the Spritsail are all well under way with the beautiful colored wood siding going on. 

A lot has been going on this summer and the Dover Coast Lifestyle is coming to life!

I can not thank you and your staff enough for making our day at your spa the most wonderful and relaxing day for us.  It was the first time we were at your spa and already we are planning to go there again ALL DAY next July! 

From the moment we entered, meeting you and all the delightful staff we felt so special and so looked after.  The spa is immaculate and the view is breathtaking...but most of all you made is so special with your   kindness.   The girls were just incredible looking after us for the manicures, pedicures, facials etc.  It truly was a magical day for us and we had such fun with all of you.  The luncheon was absolutely DELICIOUS!  We can not speak highly enough of your spa.
