Dover Coast is pleased to announce the plans for our Resident’s Community Club House. Located on Dover Coast Boulevard overlooking the 15th hole water pond this club house will be easily accessible from all four phases. This 36,000 sq. ft. facility will be complete with a 25m swimming pool, hot tub, saunas, gym, theatre, billiards, pickle ball and much more.
